The Elite Maids was founded in Los Angeles in 1984 by Rose McCoppin. Rose has grown the company (formerly known as Rose Maintenance Service) into a successful family-owned business, staffing over 100 employees. “We are not just a maid service,” says Rose. “We are ladies and gentlemen serving you with the most welcoming hospitality.”

As an experienced chambermaid, Rose’s journey to entrepreneurship began when she made Los Angeles her home and quickly realized that there weren’t many professional or reliable cleaning companies in the area. Rose took it upon herself to change the industry’s landscape by establishing the Rose Maintenance Service. As she worked to provide her customers with the utmost care, referrals came pouring in, transforming her small business into the premier hospitality service company boasting over 100 employees. Rose’s reputation in the Los Angeles area earned her a high-profile clientele base. Her one time idea had evolved into the premier hospitality service that the city of Los Angeles sorely needed.

In 2006, Rose Maintenance Service transitioned into The Elite Maids as operations ascended to new heights with more robust eco-friendly home and estate cleaning services as well as post-construction cleanup.
